Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/bar tender to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that each drink is crafted to perfection. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and alcoholic. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing. A willingness to help customers with their orders and provide recommendations. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is advantageous but not mandatory. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills.

Pay: 11.44-15.27 per hour
