We are a busy (and fun) business with two cake cafe/speciality coffee shops based in Yateley and Hartley Wintney, Hampshire and we are currently recruiting for a friendly, confident, reliable, hardworking and passionate experienced barista/cafe assistant .

We are a small team and reliability is incredibly important.

Requirements

Someone with speciality coffee experience - whilst training will be provided, we are only recruiting experienced baristas on this occasion. Someone who is outgoing, friendly and will enjoy becoming part of the Cuppies team. Excellent team player, has great communication skills and be able to set yourself high standards with excellent people skills. A doer/forward thinker - You are able to see what needs to be done with a keen eye for detail! Is happy to work across both of our shops to help cover sickness/holidays 18+ only

The ideal candidate will also have:

1. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

3. Be confident communicating allergen information and carrying out high food safety standards.

4. Be well presented, clean, tidy, organised and maintain high standards of these.

5. Must be able to confidently chat to customers whilst efficiently serve and clear tables in busy periods.

6. Be able to stay calm under pressure.

7. Reliable - incredibly important.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent - overtime and holiday cover will also be available. Flexibility is available on days worked but you will be required to work weekends. Our staff rotas are created a month in advance and days/shifts are allocated fairly across the whole team. This role is not suitable for those looking for temporary hours only.

Expected hours: 14 - 30 per week
