Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness at the counter.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for order totals.
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or barista position is essential
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
A friendly attitude and willingness to help customers are crucial for success in this role.
