We are looking for someone to be part of our exciting cafe/restaurant within Borough Market - we need someone who has great customer-facing experience and enjoys a fast paced kitchen environment. You will be part of a small but passionate team with lots of opportunities to grow and learn new skills.

We make Singaporean kopi (coffee) with our special blend of coffee and condensed milk. This is the traditional style of coffee found across SE-Asia. We will teach you the classic drinks and you'd also learn how to make kaya coconut jam, one of our most famous cafe breakfast treats.
An ideal candidate would be able to work Tues-Sundays.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items to customers, ensuring high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Assist with food preparation and basic math tasks for accurate order processing. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
Qualifications
Previous barista/drinks experience and customer service skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations Strong time management abilities Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Require a LEVEL 2 in Health and Safety in Food Hygiene (if do not have, we will provide a course free of charge to complete before joining)
