Job Title: Barista/Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for a bubbly, confident and barista trained individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently greeting our members with a positive attitude, delivering orders to the members satisfaction and providing an all round pleasurable experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships and promoting our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist members with information and pricing
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer retention
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address member's issues effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic math for order processing and transactions
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and always be on time
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Basic understanding of mathematics for order processing
