Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Baristas Aswell as counter staff to join our team at Culture Coffee shops. The ideal candidates will be available to work evenings and weekends and also have strong barista experience and passion for coffee and the industry. Training provided if needed We are looking for baristas with a warm personality and great attitude, proactive with an eye for quality, detail, speed and service. include: Making excellent coffee (dialling in, pulling shots, steaming and pouring milk), excellent customer service and speed of service.

Duties:

Preparing to open the shop. Taking orders and ringing up payment. Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as tea and coffee. Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment. Cleaning service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers. Servicing customers and taking orders. Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies. Receiving and processing customer payments. Preparing to close the shop.
