Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every customer enjoys a delightful experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Assist customers in selecting beverages and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in restocking as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly.

Skills

Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Strong time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic working environment. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers feel welcome and valued.
