Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, kitchen, and dining spaces. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for food and providing outstanding customer service is essential.
