We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff/Barrista to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively and welcoming environment. Duties
Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Take customer orders accurately, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards, including barista duties if applicable.
Handle cash transactions and operate the till with accuracy, demonstrating basic maths skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
Assist with food preparation tasks as required, supporting kitchen staff when necessary.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the flow of customers.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times.
Demonstrate effective time management to handle busy periods efficiently.
Must Be availible to work weekends
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards is essential.
Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Experience in serving customers confidently and professionally.
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
