Baristas / All-Round Team Members - Full-time & Part-time

We're looking for dynamic, experienced Baristas to join our energetic team.

At Puffy Cookies, baristas are central to the customer experience. As true brand ambassadors, they prepare top-quality drinks and homemade treats with precision and passion, while delivering warm, personal service.

What you'll be doing

Crafting espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) with consistency and care Assisting with the preparation of our signature homemade cookies Delivering friendly and attentive customer service Maintaining and cleaning coffee equipment Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are always respected

Important: Prior Barista Experience Required

To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience working as a barista, ideally in a fast-paced coffee shop or hospitality setting.

What we're looking for

Punctual, reliable, and positive Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in coffee, baking, and pastries Presentable and confident with good communication skills Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Contract type: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time) Location: Soho, London Opening hours: 8am to 8pm weekdays, 9am to 9pm weekends
