Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety regulations Operate coffee machines and perform barista duties as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales area and food preparation stations Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic math skills are applied for processing payments Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous Barista experience is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable Skills in food preparation and serving techniques are beneficial Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment A friendly disposition with strong communication skills to engage with customers
