We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation as needed, including pastries and snacks. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and maintain basic maths skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and assist where needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing orders accurately. Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A friendly disposition with the ability to help customers with their queries and preferences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
