Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused full time

Barista/Server

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, homemade food, and excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for making high-quality drinks, taking orders at the table, serving customers, and ensuring a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders at the counter and at tables, ensuring a warm and friendly experience. Prepare and serve a range of high-quality hot / cold coffee and tea based drinks. Serve a variety of homemade bistro-style food, working with chefs to understand the menu and deal with allergens Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar, food prep area, and seating areas. Restock supplies and communicate any inventory needs. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous barista, hospitality, or food service experience (preferred but not essential). Passion for coffee, bistro-style homemade food, and great customer experiences. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and speed. A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
