Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your passion for coffee and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our cafe.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Follow food safety guidelines in handling and preparing food items
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista is essential .
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
