experienced Barista and shift leader

What You'll Do

Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages along with other specialty drinks with consistency Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to every guest Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Manage daily prep, restocking, and opening/closing tasks Handle customer payments and operate the POS system Manage and support your team and help maintain a positive and effective work environment Handle customer queries and complaints throughout the shift Manage the opening and close of the day Cash up at the end of day

What We're Looking For

1+ year of barista experience

in a busy cafe or coffee shop Strong knowledge of espresso techniques, milk steaming, and latte art Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask under pressure and stay calm during busy periods Ability to manage and organise staff Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays as needed
