Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. This position requires a passion for food and beverages, with responsibilities ranging from food preparation to serving customers. The Shop Assistant will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.

What you'll do

Prepare and serve coffee and hot drinks to a high standard Serve customers at the counter with warmth and professionalism Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-presented Follow food safety and hygiene standards Support with daily shop operations, including restocking and till work

About you:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training can be provided) Friendly, approachable, and a team player Reliable and organised with good communication skills Passionate about good coffee and great service
