We currently have bar tending opportunities available in our venue in Monkseaton. Ideal candidates will have experience working front of house in a fast-paced hospitality setting and show an interest in food and drinks. We are looking for individuals that have experience in making coffee and cocktails and are trained to work in busy environments.

We pride ourselves on delivering a memorable experience to each person that walks through our door and ask that you have proven experience providing excellent customer service. You will be able to work well as part of the team but show that you are able to use your own initiative when needed. You will be enthusiastic about the products we offer our loyal customers and dedicated to the role you play in house. You will be personable, and well presented. As we are open 7 days a week, serving food from 9am flexibility is key. Due to the nature of the role, please note we can only accept candidates that are ages 18 or older.

What we ask of you;

Proven experience working in a hospitality or customer service setting.

Outgoing and personable with a flair for customer service and strong communication skills.

Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, with the ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure.

Proactive, organised with the ability to multitask and have high standards of cleanliness.

Please note if you are applying for a bar position you will need to be 18 or over.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Barista is essential
- Familiarity with food preparation and presentation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
