Barista & Supervisor Role

(Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available)

We are seeking a friendly, efficient Barista and Barista Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, customer-focused environment, preparing quality coffee and food while delivering excellent service. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidates.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, assisting at the deli counter and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Supervisor candidates will also support daily operations, stock control and ordering.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and speciality drinks. Serve customers from the deli counter. Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service. Take customer orders accurately and operate the till, handling cash transactions. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas. Ensure all food safety standards and procedures are followed at all times. Restock supplies and rotate stock to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with food preparation tasks when required. Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimise customer wait times. Product ordering, stock control, and team support (Supervisor role). Opening and closing duties as required (Supervisor role).

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Barista, Supervisor, or in a similar role is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety and food handling best practices. Strong customer service and serving skills. Basic maths skills for cash handling and till operation. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Flexible availability, including working weekends.
