Job Description

FIKA at Sea Lanes is looking for an energetic Supervisor to join the team. We run a busy sea front site so speed and confidence on a coffee machine is essential. As well as making damn good coffee, you'll need to be able to lead a small team and support our general manager with daily ordering and ensuring our team are giving our customers a proper FIKA experience. You'll need to be team player and do your bit! If you've got some wicked coffee skills and think you can help us run a service on the beach, then we'd like to hear from you!

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make drinks
- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in food preparation is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
