We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Barista / Supervisor

to join our coffee shop team. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for coffee and hospitality, enjoys working with people, and can lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages Deliver friendly, professional customer service Supervise and support barista staff during shifts Open and close the cafe as required Handle cash, POS systems, and daily operations Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are maintained

About You:

Passionate about coffee and hospitality Previous barista experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Confident, organized, and calm under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to multitask in a busy cafe environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation Customer service experience in hospitality or retail Food Safety / Food Handler Certification (preferred or required) Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
