Role Overview

We're looking for a fully experienced barista who can step straight into the role with confidence.

No training will be provided

, so applicants must already be skilled in speciality coffee preparation, consistent workflow, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality espresso-based and filter drinks to speciality standards Confidently handle dial-ins, grinder calibration, and latte art Maintain a clean, organised workstation at all times Deliver warm and knowledgeable customer service Support with opening and closing duties

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years

barista experience -- essential

Able to work independently from day one without training Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing Excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
