Your Role at Esquires Coffee

Delight our guests by serving up tasty treats and top-tier coffee. Deliver warm, friendly service that keeps guests coming back. Craft high-quality drinks with care and consistency. Keep the store spotless and welcoming--first impressions count! Prepare a variety of fresh food items with attention to detail. Build meaningful connections with guests and spread good vibes. Operate the till efficiently and keep transactions smooth. Ensure displays are appealing and always fully stocked.

What We're Looking For

Previous Barista experience in a cafe is a must. Passion for coffee, food, and creating great customer moments. A positive attitude and a love for working in a busy, guest-focused environment.
