OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our vibrant & very friendly family run cafe.

As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering the very best customer service while ensuring that food preparation and safety standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced casual environment and are passionate about all things coffee and baking.

JOB DISCRIPTION

Front of House:

Serving customers in the shop. Processing payments on the till system. Clearing away & cleaning tables. Product knowledge - knowing the menu items and been able to answer the customers questions. Chatting and been personable with all our customers.

Back of House:

Baking our Pastry range. Supporting the team to complete all daily duties & paperwork. Packaging products for wholesale and postal orders.

SKILLS WE NEED

Lively friendly personality. Have a 'Can-do' attitude & want to be part of a team. Skills in making coffee & customer service / willing to learn. Ambitious to learn & good at following instructions. Confidence in working in a fast paced environment. High level of attention-to-detail. Must be able to manage heavy lifting of ingredients & be able to stand for long periods of time.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
