Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our happy Beech Tree Cafe family. As part of our small team you'll ensure excellent customer service, making coffees, serving tables., engaging with customers. This role is in a face paced environment but we are a happy team and work together creating a supportive and friendly workplace.
Duties
Greeting and serving customers. Making coffee and hot drinks. Cash handling. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Dishwashing. Communicate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role with barista skill's preferred . Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure setting. A positive attitude and enthusiasm is essential. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks. The availablity to work additional hours for holiday cover when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 10.00-12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
