Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This role requires a keen understanding of food safety, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation. Monitor tables to ensure customer satisfaction and address any needs or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with basic food preparation as needed, including barista duties if applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a serving role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Barista experience is a plus, particularly for establishments that serve coffee and specialty drinks. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
