About us

Cafe @ Number 16 is a busy coastal Cafe in Aberdour providing a fresh food offering for dine in, takeaway and outside catering. Cafe @ Number 16 is located on Shore Road, Aberdour near to Black Sands beach. We are open 7 days a week from 10am - 4pm.

We now have a Part time position available and are looking for an experienced, confident, honest and reliable individual with a good work ethic and initiative to join the Cafe 16 team.

The role requires an individual who is available weekdays and weekends for 2 - 3 shifts per week. Must be 17+ and Barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Meeting & greeting customers Taking food orders and serving food Making speciality coffee, tea and drinks Cash handling and using till Clearing tables and assisting with cleaning dishes. General cafe cleaning duties

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a restaurant or cafe environment required Knowledge of Barista techniques and Food Safety Standards - Allergen Aware Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Pay: Minimum Wage Plus Tips

Expected hours: PT 6 - 20 hours
