Duties

Prepare and serve a range of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks according to company standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Take customer orders accurately while providing excellent guest service with a friendly attitude. Upsell products to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a professional demeanour. Ensure the cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage POS systems effectively. Maintain stock levels by restocking supplies as needed throughout shifts. Assist in food preparation tasks when required, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including proper hygiene practices.

Skills

Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic food preparation techniques. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously. Ability to perform basic maths accurately for cash handling and order processing. Experience with kitchen or culinary tasks is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Proven ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining guest satisfaction. Organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Pay: From 12.21 per hour
