Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment. Ensure compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Upsell menu items to maximize sales. Ensure customer satisfaction is your top priority

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and serving techniques, latte art is a must Familiarity with food safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for food and customer service.
