Summary

We're seeking a passionate Barista or a person willing to to train to be a Barista and join our team at Fred & Doug's. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant cafe environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items according to our menu standards. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed during food preparation. Manage time effectively to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment and workstations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong skills in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and orders.
