Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the preparation area. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring that all items meet quality standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Engage with customers to provide excellent guest services, including upselling menu items when appropriate. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and kitchen operations is advantageous. Experience in serving or culinary roles will be beneficial. Strong time management skills are essential for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
