Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions and manage the till with basic maths skills to ensure accurate billing. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.

Skills

Strong ability to help customers with their orders and provide excellent service. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Basic maths skills for handling transactions efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment. Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour
