Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining basic maths skills for accurate billing. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Uphold the quality of products by following recipes and presentation standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to help create a welcoming atmosphere. Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy setting.
