Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent guest services, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer experience. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to quality standards. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality service.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and kitchen operations is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow are required. Strong time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment. A background in culinary arts or kitchen experience would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
