The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. You'll be at the heart of our operation, crafting quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment to the highest standards
Serve food items and handle food preparation as required
Provide friendly, efficient customer service to locals and tourists alike
Handle cash transactions and operate the till system
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the cafe
Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods
Assist with opening and closing procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous barista or hospitality experience essential
Passion for coffee and customer service
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
Reliability and punctuality
Team player with a positive attitude
