Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.

Skills

Previous barista experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to craft quality beverages. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Proficient in serving techniques and food preparation methods. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and colleagues alike.
