Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and upsell menu items Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, employing basic math skills Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for guest services Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanour Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders
