Brooks's is one of the oldest and most prestigious Private Members' Clubs in the world, located in the heart of St James's Street, London. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional

Barista/Waiter

to join our dynamic Dining Room team.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve coffees, afternoon teas, pre-post meal and late-night drinks Serve food and drinks following the Club's standards Set up Private Rooms and Dining Room with appropriate tableware Provide a warm, welcoming "home from home" experience Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Schedule & Hours:

Monday to Friday operation Straight shift (3,45pm to 12am) 30-minute unpaid break per day Hours may vary to meet operational needs

Requirements:

Ability to commute or relocate reliably to London before starting work (required) Authorised to work in the United Kingdom (required)
