We are a high volume prominent Cafe located within a business park and thrive on customer satisfaction. We are people and standards driven and aim to consistently deliver excellent service to our business client base.

Currently recruiting for a well-presented, articulate, conscientious Barista/Waitress/Team member looking for a long term role.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am-3pm, applicant must be flexible.

ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POST:

1. Computer literacy and familiar using electronic till systems

2. Able to produce coffee and all cold drinks to a high standard and deal with high volume orders

3. Ability to interact courteously, kindly and efficiently with customers without being intrusive

4. Ability to anticipate customers' needs and respond promptly

5. Used to working within a fast paced environment and able to deliver exceptional customer service and quality product. Essential to be a helpful team player.

Duties:

Barista Duties - Perfect beverage preparations, maintenance of coffee machine.

Preparation of alcoholic, cold & hot drinks.

Responsible for logging our client business lunch and breakfast orders.

You will be responsible for processing our online orders for delivery or collection.

Logging of Business Lunch Orders and Deliveries.

Answer telephones, take table bookings, orders and messages.

Serve customers within the Cafe.

Take orders within the Cafe and process them on our EPOS system.

Use automated payment tills

Monitor the organisation and cleaning of tables along with the servicing and cleaning of equipment & related cafe areas as required.

Stock control and rotation with replenishment of takeaway items in fridges and ancillary products in all display areas.

Adhere to all cash / check handling procedures

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32.5 per week
