We are looking to increase our staff team for the May Holidays and then moving into the Summer Period!

The Brighton Zip are hiring for experienced bar, kitchen and waiting staff who fancy an all rounder role, perfect for those in hospitality who are sun seekers and don't mind working by the beach!

You will need to be a conscientious, get up and go individual with a cheerful nature who can enthusiastically take care of customers of all ages. You will be providing the best possible experience, incorporating Brighton Zip standards of service requirements at all times whilst adhering to financial guidelines and supporting the business.

Our all rounder role consists of food prep, cooking, bar work, coffee making, waiting tables and serving ice creams in our gelateria/gift shop.

We make it an all rounder role to keep things interesting, to not make it monotonous for anybody and keep things fresh. This also keeps it fair on energy levels for our staff. Busy summer days can be tough!

If you find your feet in one position and feel you're strong there, your shift running manager can allocate you more to that role.

Have you got customer service experience? Have you got experience working in a fast paced environment? Have you got kitchen experience? Can you deal with customer enquiries and table ordering? Do you have hot drink making skills or barista experience? (This can be taught!)

We have flexibility in hours, part time, full time and holiday positions. This is all in preparation for immediate start upon a successful interview and trial to see if you're happy with the role.

You will need to ensure you maintain all service standards, assist shift running managers in the operations of opening and closing, work safely in the environment, undertake reasonable requests from management, have a pro active approach to sales, upselling and promoting within and outside of the venue.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 9.50-12.30 per hour
