Bar and Kitchen Staff
to support our busy clubhouse operations. We have both
part-time and full-time positions
to suit a range of availability and experience levels. These roles involve supporting day-to-day service in the clubhouse, including member events, functions, and busy weekend service.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar/Kitchen Staff. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a keen interest in the culinary and beverage industry. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your skills within a vibrant team.
Responsibilities
Serve a variety of beverages and refreshments to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with food and drink preparation, including basic meal preparation and food safety compliance
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces
Take orders accurately and handle cash or electronic payments efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote ongoing patronage
Support catering events or functions when required, ensuring high standards of service are maintained
Qualifications
Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or food preparation is desirable but not mandatory
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
Strong communication skills with the ability to serve customers courteously and efficiently
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic cooking or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends is required
A proactive attitude with a keen interest in hospitality and customer service excellence
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.97 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
