Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Bar Staff/Food Servers to join our team. As a key member of our premises, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks and keeping a clean and pleasant environment but also assisting with meal preparation and maintaining food safety standards in a busy yet casual environment. Full time and part time positions are available, with top rates of pay. Bar work, kitchen help and general maintenance person/handy-man required. No accommodation available, but ideal for Central London dwellers. Common sense & ability to work on own initiative is essential. Bar experience and references required.

Responsibilities

Serve beverages and food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Assist with meal preparation, ensuring that all food items are prepared according to safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, on the floor, kitchen, and dining spaces. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety regulations and health standards at all times. Previous experience in a bar is essential and a willingness to learn is key. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and confidence to work alone, on own initiative. A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Pay: 12.21-17.50 per hour
