We're looking for a confident and experienced

Bar Supervisor / Manager

with a passion for hospitality and team development. You'll bring energy, leadership, and a keen eye for detail to help us deliver a standout customer experience every day at our coastal pub & restaurant. The right candidate must have at least 2 years of experience at a management/supervisor level, be a people person with good communication and organisational skills. Skills and Experience:

A can-do attitude & enthusiastic personality Personal License and Level 2 Food Hygiene is desireable Well-established track record and financial awareness Strong background and understanding of the industry & competitors Deliver and cultivate the group brand standards Strong team management & leadership Customer service focused
Flexibility is key for this role due to the hours, you will be doing 40-50 hours a week including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily bar operations Staff rota planning and labour control Stock control, ordering, and regular stocktakes Supporting and developing the team through training and coaching Actively marketing and promoting the bar Assisting in driving profitability and hitting key KPIs Contributing ideas to help the business grow and evolve

Ideal Experience:

At least 2 years in a bar supervisor or management role Strong operational knowledge of bar service, staffing, and stock Comfortable leading shifts and being the point of contact on the floor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
