Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar / Restuarant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Bar / Resturant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Meet & greet residents, diners and customers to the facility. Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards. Manage inventory and replenishment of main and function room bars. Oversee the preparation and presentation of drinks, ensuring quality and consistency in every serving. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Monitor financial transactions within the bar, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality setting is essential. Good personality and welcoming attributes to make customers and residents feel welcome. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends. Familiarity with food hygiene standards. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with staff and customers alike. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety protocols.
