EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL!

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor, to ensure a high standard of service and exceptional guest experience in a fast paced bar/restaurant.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. You MUST be friendly and welcoming, be able to serve drinks quickly and efficiently and have a good knowledge of beverages.

COCKTAIL and BARISTA experience is ESSENTIAL.

Duties

Serve customers, supervise and lead the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Take customers orders within the restaurant and serve food. Prepare and oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality control in all aspects of production. Manage inventory levels. Train new staff on bar procedures, including cocktail preparation and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain knowledge of current trends in the hospitality industry to keep the bar offerings fresh and appealing.

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality sector. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology techniques
