We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bar & restaurant supervisor to oversee our bar operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on team management and food safety. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, solid drink knowledge and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends. Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting regular evaluations. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the bar area.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisor role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Experience as a barista or in beverage service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
