Bar & Restaurant Supervisor

to lead our team, keep shifts running smoothly, and deliver a top-notch experience for our guests. This is a hands-on role - you'll be stepping in wherever needed, leading by example, and thriving in a lively environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise bar and restaurant shifts, ensuring service is efficient and guests are happy. Lead the team, motivating staff and maintaining high standards across stations. Support day-to-day operations: cash handling, cleanliness, stock control, and quality standards. Get involved in front-of-house tasks: serving, pouring drinks, and resolving issues quickly.

What We're Looking For:

Experience leading a team in hospitality (preferred but not essential). Strong people skills - calm, approachable, and fair. A hands-on, hardworking attitude; ready to step into the role and learn the venue. Availability for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. 18+ and ideally hold a Personal Licence (or willing to obtain one).
