Bars Manager - We are recruiting for our first art\'otel in London!

A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys art\'otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.

As Bars Manager:

You will have experience managing a large team in a high performance operation.

You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with ability to inspire your team

You will have knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktails recipes.

You inspire others: you lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.

You will be used to managing a busy bar environment

You will create and implement new design of cocktails

You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance.

As a Bars Manager, you will receive:

Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days holiday per year (pro rata) - this increases with service!

Salary: \xc2\xa340,000 per annum plus service charge

Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in!)
