Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages Upsell menu items and specials to maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, counters, and side stations Follow food safety standards and procedures at all times Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods by prioritising tasks efficiently Handle guest complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and courteously

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Basic maths skills for processing payments accurately Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance Good organisational skills to maintain cleanliness and efficiency during service periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
