As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables while maintaining high service standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously to enhance their dining experience. Prepare tables for dining by setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments as needed. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality experience is highly valued. Strong understanding of basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests simultaneously. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
