Bartender - Balmer Lawn Hotel & Saltus Spa

The Balmer Lawn Hotel, a privately-owned four-star property in the heart of the New Forest, is recruiting

Bartenders

to join our team on a part-time or casual basis.

Reporting to the Restaurant & Lodge Manager, this role is central to delivering excellent customer service across

Beresfords Restaurant

, the lounge, and the terrace, serving both residents and non-residents.

What We're Looking For:

Hospitality experience preferred, but full training will be provided Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings on a rota basis Smart and professional appearance

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving drinks to guests with efficiency and attention to detail Serving food when required Completing mise en place and bar preparation duties Cleaning and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards Working closely with the wider F&B team to deliver outstanding service Participating in staff training and development
